   Wembley Arena, Wembley, North London

   The 16 X Factor 2011 finalists from Week 1 (except Frankie Cocozza, who is
 replaced by Goldie Cheung) perform together:
   Little Mix and Marcus Collins, together, perform We Found Love; joined on stage
 by The Risk, Nu Vibe, 2 Shoes, Misha B, Janet Devlin, Sophie Habibis, and Goldie
 Cheung, who, together, perform We Found Love/Sweat, Shiffling On The Floor.
 
Johnny Robinson and Sami Brookes, together, perform Moves Like Jagger,
 joined on stage by Craig Colton. Kitty Brucknell performs The Edge O
f Glory,
 joined on stage by Amelia Lily
.

   During show "live" performances from guests: Westlife; and Coldplay.

   The final 2 acts - Little Mix and Marcus Collins - each perform three songs:
    "song of the series" (the act`s favourite performance); "Christmas song": X Factor winners` song Cannonball.

 "song of the series":
  Little Mix perform En Vogue`s Don`t Let Go.

 After both acts have each performed their "song of the series",
 and then each had performed their "Christmas song", the judges
 re-introduced their act
.

 Gary re-introduced Marcus Collins, footage shown of interview
 with Marcus, then Marcus gave "live" performance of his version
 of the X Factor winners` song Cannon
ball.
 After Marcus`s performance, Tulisa re-introduced Little Mix,
 footage shown of interview with the girls, then Little Mix gave "live" performance of their version of X Factor winners` song
 Cannonball
.

                    "Christmas song":
                      Little Mix perform Christmas carol Silent Night.

 

 RESULTS: Sunday 11 December 2011
 announced after both acts had performed three songs "live" at
 Wembley Arena, Wembley, North London.

 On stage, Little Mix and their mentor Tulisa, and Marcus Collins and his mentor
 Gary Barlow waited for the results:
  Dermot O`Leary announced "the winner of X Factor 2011 is...
   (18 second pause) LITTLE MIX".

 The actual percentage of the public votes (not revealed until 12 Dec 2011) is
  1st Little Mix (48.3%); 2nd Marcus Collins (42.8%)

 Dermot O`Leary gets the girls first reactions to winning X Factor.

  Little Mix perform Cannonball again and are joined on stage by the finalists

 Little Mix are the first group - and the first girl group to win UK X Factor.

  Previously, girl groups had not been successful on UK X Factor:
  2004, series 1, Voices Of Soul lasted four weeks;
  2005, series 2,
Conway Sisters came 6th; Addictiv Ladies out in Week 1;
  2006, series 3, no girl group in "live" finals;
  2007, series 4, Hope eliminated in Week 7;
  2008, series 5, Bad Lashes and Girlband first two acts eliminated;
  2009, series 6, Miss Frank out in Week 3; Kandy Rain out in Week 1;
  2010, series 7, Belle Amie out in Week 4
