 LEIGH-ANNE PINNOCK - SINGING/DANCE/EARLY PERFORMANCES

   Leigh-Anne said, "I`ve been singing since I was nine" (The Mirror. 13 Dec 2011). Leigh-Anne`s mother, Debbie, recalled, "she was always singing. She had a karoake machine when she was little and was always putting on performances. Leigh-Anne and her older sister, Sarah, would pretend they were The Spice Girls (The Sun. 10 Dec 2011).
  When she was at primary school, Leigh-Anne performed in a school version of Stars In Their Eyes and sang Daphne & Celeste`s Ooh Stick You. (Ready To Fly. Little Mix autobiography. Harper Collins. 2012).
   Leigh-Anne`s sister, Sarah, remembers Leigh-Anne "always used to sing in the bathroom as she got ready for school" (Bucks Free Press. 10 Dec 2011).

In 2011, during the spring and summer terms at Harlington Community School in Hayes, Middlesex,
Leigh-Anne was Aim Higher mentor at the school, where she worked with Year 8 students, and, on one occasion, performed Alacia Key`s No One in assembly for the students (Uxbridge Gazette. 12 Oct 2011)

   In 2011, before auditioning for X Factor, Leigh-Anne worked as a waitress in Pizza Hut, High Street,
Uxbridge, Middlese (Daily Mail. 13 Dec 2011), saving the tips so she could spend time at Atomic Studios,
(Ready To Fly. Little Mix autobiography. Harper Collins. 2012), in Peckham, London, founded in 1995 and a music
studio for record producers, songwriters, etc (freeindex.co.uk).
